This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the information collection, use, sharing, and protection practices of GreenBadgers Inc. (“us” “we” or “our”) applicable to www.greenbadgers.com (the “Site”). Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of and consent to the terms of this Policy.
Relationship to Other Agreements
If you elect to contract with us for recruiting purposes, you must agree to other agreements available through the Site. For example, if you elect to engage in a search agreement, you will need to agree to our Contingent Agreement. This Policy will continue to apply to you even after you have signed a Contingent Agreement. However, if there is a conflict between this Policy and a Contingent Agreement, the terms of the Contingent Agreement will prevail. Information We Collect
We collect information from a variety of sources and in a variety of ways, including without limitation, the following:
Personal Information. When you visit our Site, send us an email, inquire about or execute an Engagement Agreement, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. We may also obtain personal information from third parties, including our affiliates and business partners. Personal information is information through which you can be identified such as your name, job title, email address, postal address, date of birth, and telephone number.
Sensitive Information. When you submit information to us through the Site, we may collect your credit or debit card number, financial account number, driver’s license number, state identification card number, Social Security number, passport number, tax returns, IRS Form W2, and other sensitive information (“Sensitive Information”).
Social Media Information. If you use our Site through third-party social networking sites, we may have access to and collect information associated with your social media account such as your name, username, email address, photograph, date of birth, and location.
